The Exia is amazing. He is equiped with the Seven Sword system and is primarily a melee based Gundam. It pretty much sums up why he is badass.
For this kit, I painted the outer armor white, and added some mithril silver to make the armor look scratched and damaged. For the inner frame parts, I went with gold. Exia is already badass, why not make him look even more badass. Anyway, I hope you enjoy :3.

1/100 MG Sinanju Ver Ka
The Sinanju is by far my favorite suit Universal Century kit EVER. This kit is so well designed, and from a painting standpoint, it was a TON of work. I hand painted this kit two years ago, while I was in my second year of college. The Sinanju is the first kit I have ever painted, and is still my absolute favorite paint job. I hand brushed every single part. I gave all of the outer armor a coat of "Mithril Silver" from Gamesworkshop, and on top of that I applied a fine layer of Tamiya Clear Red.
1/144 RG RX78-2
I really can't think of anyone that doesn't love the look of these Real Grade kits. These guys are like mini master grades. They have SO much detail. I have a HGUC RX78, and it is NOTHING compared to this guy. If you haven't picked one of these up, I highly recommend that you do.
This was just a straight build, no painting, with the exception of panel lining. I applied every single sticker and decal.

1/60 HG Wing Zero
This is a kit that I bought out of pure impulse over this last summer. I had been looking for it everywhere online, and I finally happened across it on ebay. I think that Bandai re-released this and a few other really old kits that were starting to become really hard to find. Anyway I 'm really happy that they did. This thing is a beast, and it has a TON of panel lines. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to sit down and actually panel line it, but I do hope to very soon.
Also, those elbow joints. Gross.

1/100 Exia Avalanche
I've spent the last two days at home, and found things to be pretty boring. I was digging though some boxes and I found the 1/144 Tallgeese III that I bought when I was just getting back into Gunpla. I thought it would make a great addition to the action base I was going to use for the 00 Raiser Seven Swords. Then I found my 1/100 Exia Avalanche, and thought it might be cool to have a really beat up Tallgeese III at on the base and have the Exia hovering above looking like a total badass.

HG 1/144 GN-X III ESF Type
Since I'm not really able to go home at the moment, I can't photograph my finished Gunpla. But I do have a few images on my iPhone. The quality is alright, and isn't something I want to put in my gallery. However something is better than nothing.
I've been working with a lot of 1/144 kits lately. I'm more of a master grade kind of guy, but these smaller grade kits are pretty fun and show a lot of potential once they're painted.
Before - Snap fit

After - Primed and painted
I decided to go with a blue and white color scheme. The few inner frame pieces that are exposed are just primed. Same with the GN rifle. I tend to like the way primer looks more than I do anything else. Screw smoke grey and all that mess.
This ended up being the final product. I'm pretty happy with the results. There are still a few places that need fixed(like the horrible looking grey stickers on the hands and feet), but these things can be fixed later. I really like the stickers that I borrowed from my master grade 00 Quanta, and the 00 Raiser.
All in all, this was fun little build, I'm really looking forward to the next one.
